Super pharmacy !!! I've been there several times now and always received friendly and competent advice.

I've been coming here since it opened. No matter when and with which problem I came, I was always given very friendly and extremely competent advice. I cannot understand the negative reviews! If something is questioned at a customer in the pharmacy, it is not questioning the customer. There are legal regulations that oblige a pharmacist to ask about certain things! If something is not in stock in a pharmacy, then you should consider that there are tens of thousands of medicines and it is not possible to have everything in stock. Pharmacies get new deliveries at least 2-3 times a day and offer free, personal follow-up deliveries, what is there to complain about? With such Nögel customers, who usually come 1 minute before the store closes, I am glad that I no longer have to be active as a pharmacy specialist PTA behind the counter, as I used to in Stuttgart.

The staff is very well trained. Ms. Dietz lives her job and always recommends tailor-made products. And like many other employees in the pharmacy, she has a very long and extensive experience. They also recommend medicine as an alternative. Nice to have this pharmacy in Erlenbach. Since we live in the service desert Germany.

I've seldom been as annoyed as I was with this pharmacy, unfriendly helper really wanted to sell me another drug due to a legal basis? In another pharmacy I just got the prescription as it was prescribed! Very suspicious ... never again

Seeeeeevery slowly and very instructive, only aiming for profit, always trying to sell the largest packages directly. Constant, intrusive cross-selling and making inappropriate comments on recipes.

The main thing is a pharmacy. more we don't have and we have to order and not anymore today ..... you can't hear more from this store

Not friendly, mixing an ointment takes 3 days and is ordered from Heilbronn instead of doing it on site. Anything but customer friendly.

When Ms. Dietz is there I avoid the pharmacy, it is very pushy and always wants to turn something on. I can't do that at all So I just move on to Neckarsulm. I find the other pharmacists very competent.
